Requirements

The following libraries should be downloaded and placed in the ImageJ’s plugins folder:

Notes

• for tif image sequences of N slices check if the image dimensions in ImageJ/Fiji (“Image->Properties…”) are correctly specified. If N is the number of “Slices (z)” and “Frames (t)” is 1 then only the first frame will be filtered. In order to process the whole sequence in this case set “Slices (z)” to 1 and “Frames (t)” to N.
